• HOW TO USE: Magnesium chloride is an excellent addition to traditional baths, foot soaks, or sitz baths. Simply add one full bag to a warm bath, lie back, relax, and soak for twenty minutes. You can always add more to intensify your experience. For foot soaks and sitz baths, add half a bag to about a gallon of water. Make sure there is enough water to cover the area you plan to soak.
